so you are having an event?...well we do them all….yes, even weddings. See below for specific event info...and email us with any questions  

 

how does it work?

 

 

menu

 

-the menu will reflect typically what is in season, and what is locally sourced.

-we will provide 4-5 menu items for your guests to choose from during the duration of the event. These are usually 2-3 “entrée” type dishes, a sweet, a salad or soup, with at least one item being vegetarian.

-your guests will order at the window and will be able to order as much or as little as they like.  think of it as an all you can eat skillet

 

cost

-our pricing is based on a per person basis, and while each event is unique in the terms of pricing, we tend to keep our pricing within a general area.

-a general per person cost is around $18-27 per person for the standard size menus. The variance depends on amount of items, amount of people, types of items decided on etc, duration of food service

-this price includes food for specified time, specified amount of people.

 

stuff

-we will provide all food, food containers, cutlery/napkins, a pop up tent to protect a few people in the rain, and waste/recycle/compost bins

-we are self contained, needing no electricity or water

-we need approx 10X40 feet of space for the trailer to park

-if this is a “retail” scenario with guests ordering and paying for food, then those events are decided on a case by case basis and usually require a

minimum guarantee

 

minimums

-a $800 minimum is required for food and beverage purchase
